Live Alaskan adventure - the real Iditarod Experience - through the eyes and stories of Duane "Dewey" Halverson, nine-time veteran Iditarod Alaska Sled Dog Race Musher.

Now you can schedule Dewey to speak to your school assemblies, church groups, library programs, corporate motivational events, and other inspirational gatherings. The focus is on how successful people can be if they set goals, practice good ethics, and live their dreams.

The motivational program is interactive. Participants hear a history of the trail, background on the race, and dozens of stories about heroics on the trail and in the Alaska bush. And then one lucky audience member gets to dress in Dewey's survival gear.

Dewey also brings an authentic sled, trail equipment, his trophies, photos, and a real sled dog! Participants are encouraged to ask questions, check out the equipment, and visit with the sled dog.
